We ship same day if your order is placed before Noon EST. It generally takes 2-3 Days for shipping!
No food is allowed to be returned. If you receive product that was damaged during shipping please email support@oomaiorganics.com which images of the damaged item. We will issue you a credit that you can use to buy additional food items.

We only ship to the United States. Hawaii and Alaska may have longer transit times and/or costs.
